Job summary
Looking for a Design Production Assistant to support the lead designer with behind-the-scenes design development work. This is a non-client-facing role focused purely on design conceptualization, research, and presentation preparation. It is primarily remote, with occasional site visits within Eldoret for measurements and project familiarisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design & Production Support
- Develop mood boards based on the provided design direction
- Prepare finish schedules (floors, walls, ceilings, joinery, etc.)
- Create material palettes and specifications.
- Research materials, lighting, furniture, and fittings
- Price-check suppliers (Nairobi and local) and compile comparison options
- Assist with SketchUp / AutoCAD / 3D visualisations
- Update drawings and visuals after client feedback
- Prepare clean, professional presentation decks (PDF / PowerPoint / Canva)
- Research & Documentation
- Source alternative materials within budget
- Track availability and lead times
- Organise design files and folders clearly
