• Training for police and gendarmerie on TIP cases basic investigations. o Deliver five (05) five-days basic training workshop on TIP case indicators for Malagasy police and gendarmerie in different cities of Madagascar: b. Continuous mentoring and capacity building for prosecutors and Anti-TIP units o Deliver four (04) five-days basic training workshop on TIP case managmement for Malagasy Anti-TIP Unit and TIP focal point prosecutors in different cities of Madagascar: c. Training on the use of the existing national centralized data collection and reporting tool. o Deliver five (05) five-days basic training workshop on data collection and reporting for Malagasy frontline officers and the national Anti-TIP Bureau in different cities of Madagascar: d. Development of guidelines/SOPs on CSE and CST Response o Develop guideline/SOPs for investigators and prosecutors on CSE and CST cases. e. Development of a revised anti-TIP NPA III for Madagascar o Develop a Madagascar anti-TIP NPA (III) for submission and validation to national counterparts.
