Key Responsibilities
Billing & Documentation
• Generate accurate invoices, delivery notes, receipts, and credit notes
• Verify pricing, quantities, discounts, and tax compliance before invoicing
• Maintain organized billing records and document trails
Order & Delivery Coordination
• Process customer and sales orders (local & export)
• Confirm stock availability with production
• Coordinate dispatch schedules with logistics
• Track pending, partial, and back orders
Corporate & Tender Support
• Prepare proforma invoices and customer statements
• Verify LPOs/LSOs
• Assist in tender documentation and billing formats
Controls & Reporting
• Prevent unauthorized billing and dispatch
• Flag discrepancies immediately
• Prepare daily invoicing and unbilled delivery reports
• Support audits and revenue controls (In SME operations, this role may also assist front office and credit control where necessary.)
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in invoicing/billing within manufacturing or FMCG preferred
• CPA Section II (added advantage)
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, SAP, Oracle) preferred
• Strong Excel and documentation skills
