1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new IoT business opportunities across Industrial, Residential, and Commercial market segments within Kitui and Makueni.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Engage key account customers, resellers, water abstractors, property developers, utilities, and institutions to present and promote smart utility management solutions.
3. Sales Execution
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
4. Product Knowledge & Education
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations. Gather and share customer insights with the technical team.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation and after-sales support.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in B2B/B2C sales (technology, water, or utilities preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to work within Kitui and Makueni
