Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Sales Manager with 2+ years of experience to lead sales efforts, set targets, and grow market share. Responsibilities include product demos, contract negotiations, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.

  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

1.Above 2 years of experience in an IT sales environment.

2.A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology would be advantageous.

3.Strong understanding of computer science and information technology.

4.Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies

5.Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities to potential clients.

6.Skills in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements, as well as evaluating client feedback and providing exceptional after-sales service.

7.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be an asset



Responsibilities 

1.Discuss initiatives aimed at improving the performance of our sales team by providing them with training and professional development opportunities.

2.Increase  sales by setting achievable targets and implementing strategies to meet and exceed these objectives. 

3. Equipping our sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge, that they will be able to build quality relationships with customers and significantly enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborating  with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to provide comprehensive customer support. 

5.Developing strategies to increase our market share and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement. 

6.Follow up with potential customers promptly and addresses any objections or concerns raised by clients.

7.Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations.

8.Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts, as well as discounts and warranties.

9.Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.

10.Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics.

11.Ensuring competitiveness by analysing and researching industry trend
