We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented IT Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.

π― Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system and application issues in a timely manner.
- Set up user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Assist with software updates, patches, and system backups.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees (IT setup and access).
- Document IT processes, issues, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems and common office applications.
- Understanding of IT troubleshooting and support processes.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
