IT Systems & Digital Innovation Specialist

As part of our continued growth and digital transformation, we are strengthening our technology capability and are seeking an IT Systems & Digital Innovation Specialist to join our team.

The Role

This is a hands-on position suited to a digitally savvy, proactive, and service-oriented IT professional. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure, while introducing modern technologies, automation tools, and intelligent digital solutions. The role requires a balance of strong technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and high integrity to ensure seamless operations and effective support to all staff.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  
• Minimum of 3–4 years’ work experience in the travel industry or a similar operational environment
  
• Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, systems support, and cybersecurity
  
• Experience supporting enterprise systems, ERP platforms, or business-critical applications
  
• Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  
• Relevant IT or digital technology certifications
  
• Exposure to automation tools, data platforms, and emerging technologies
  
• Experience with ERP or booking systems (Tour Plan experience is an advantage)
  
• Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
  

Tour Plan & Systems Support

• 
  
• Support system implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization
  
• Assist with data migration, validation, and testing processes
  
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance
  
• Collaborate with operational teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
