Job summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring corporate and residential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and relationship management. You will play a key role in expanding Bestcare Facilities Management’s presence in Nairobi and surrounding regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Generate and convert leads into paying clients
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and residential clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects
- Work closely with operations and recruitment teams to ensure service delivery matches client expectations
- Participate in marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives
- Report weekly sales performance and market feedback
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 2+ years experience in sales or business development (FM, staffing, or service industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Good understanding of Nairobi market and surrounding areas
- Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage
