POSITION SUMMARY
The Junior Designer will support Robin's marketing and creative team by producing on-brand visual content across social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials. This role is well suited to a designer who is early in their career, eager to grow, and excited to bring fresh ideas to a fast-moving creative team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Design engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
•Create motion graphics and simple animations for reels and videos.
•Edit short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
•Translate creative briefs and ideas into fresh, on-brand visuals.
•Monitor design and social media trends, bringing new inspiration and ideas to the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•1–2 years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation.
•A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
•Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
•Proficiency with most of the Adobe Creative Suite.
•A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to creative problem-solving.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience using AI tools to generate images or motion graphics, or to speed up creative workflows.
•Hands-on experience with motion graphics and video editing.
•Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management tools.
•Strong knowledge of social media platforms and what drives engagement.
