JOB SUMMARY
Minimum Requirements and Competencies Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 1–3 years’ experience in technical pre-sales, electronic security systems, technical support, engineering, or a related field. Internship, industrial attachment, or graduate trainee experience in electronic security, engineering, or ICT will also be considered. Exposure to CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection, Intruder Alarm, Networking, or other low-voltage systems is an advantage. Experience assisting with site surveys, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations, technical proposals, or tender documentation is desirable. Experience supporting customer meetings, developing technical solutions, or working alongside sales teams will be an added advantage. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and proposal preparation tools is desirable.
