Job descriptions & requirements
- Receive and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Qualify customer needs using standard checklists (application, site type, water source, scale)
- Clearly explain how Mobi-Water solutions work in simple, non-technical language
- Prepare and issue quotations and sales documentation using provided templates
- Maintain and update lead records, statuses, and follow-up actions
- Conduct regular follow-ups on sent quotations and previous inquiries
- Re-engage dormant leads and past inquiries to identify conversion opportunities
- Coordinate site visits and hand over complex technical discussions to the technical team when required
- Support customer onboarding by confirming installation details and ensuring clients understand system usage
- Provide regular activity and pipeline reports to the sales lead
