Key Responsibilities
- · Identify and engage key accounts, including large corporate organizations,
- training institutions, and government entities.
- · Develop and execute strategic account management plans to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
- · Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase
- our LMS capabilities.
- · Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and
- stake holders.
- · Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for key
- accounts.
- · Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize client
- value and revenue.
- · Provide feedback to the product team on market trends, customer needs,
- and competitive landscape.
- · Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using
- CRM tools.
- Qualifications & Experience
- · Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related
- field.
- · Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, EdTech,
- or enterprise solutions.
- · Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving
- sales targets.
- · Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to key clients
