Job Description/Requirements
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine
optimization (SEO).
- Analyze marketing trends and make recommendations for adjustments to marketing strategies.
Brand Development:
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and execute promotional events and trade shows.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the marketing team.
- Provide regular feedback on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain the CRM database with accurate customer and prospect information.
- Track and report sales metrics and provide status reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in [Industry].
