JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications and Experience:Must Have: Minimum RequirementsTo be considered, these minimum requirements must be evident on your resume.BSc. In Chem, Analytical Chem, Biochemistry, Microbiology or any other health related Science.2+ years’ experience of working as a Quality Control Analyst or other similar position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new methods and procedures.Ensure that Lab. cleanliness & AD equipment safety standards are maintained.Participate in Microbial Analysis of Lab scale, Pilot batches and stability product.Preparation of test solutions and volumetric solutionsParticipate in internal assessments and audits as required.Preparing analytical Protocol and reports based on scientific observations.Interpret test results, compare them to established control limits, and make recommendations.Participate in Departmental training.Ensure that Calibration of AD equipment is done.Compile and tabulate stability data based on observations and AD analytical tests.Follow up on daily, weekly, monthly and annual AD objectives.Preparation of calibration and verifications of analytical machinesConducting literature search for new method developmentHandling of AD stability registers, worksheets and other related documents and reportsParticipate in investigations of out-of-trend and out of specifications results.Method validation and verification.
