- Participate in the initial client interview and obtain all relevant information and documentation.
- Conduct legal research relating to pleading and motion preparation.
- Develop legal strategies for litigation-related matters.
- Draft Legal pleadings and other court-related documents with ease and accuracy.
- Attend and conduct hearings at all levels of the court structure.
- Ability to negotiate settlements for clients and draft settlement agreements.
- Updating clients on their matters on a timely basis.
- Draft legal opinions and maintain the database.
