Role Description

The role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, delivering counseling services, preparing reports, designing effective training programs, and providing support to clients for their personal, professional, and emotional development.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Writing skills for clear articulation and effective client interactions
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate assessments and create personalized growth strategies
• Ability to conduct Research to design relevant counseling and training materials
• Experience in delivering Training sessions with a focus on personal, professional, and emotional growth
• Empathy and active listening skills to foster a supportive environmen
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage hybrid work environments
