Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a professional focused on offering assessments, counseling, and training to clients. The role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, delivering counseling services, preparing reports, designing effective training programs, and providing support to clients for their personal, professional, and emotional development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Writing skills for clear articulation and effective client interactions
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate assessments and create personalized growth strategies
- Ability to conduct Research to design relevant counseling and training materials
- Experience in delivering Training sessions with a focus on personal, professional, and emotional growth
- Empathy and active listening skills to foster a supportive environmen
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage hybrid work environments
