Key Responsibilities
· Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience from first greeting to post-purchase follow-up.
· Expertly present and articulate the heritage, craftsmanship, and value proposition of our luxury collections.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through discreet, anticipatory service.
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including fabrics, fits, seasonal trends, and brand stories.
· Proactively manage client appointments and private shopping experiences.
· Uphold the highest standards of store presentation, brand image, and confidentiality.
· Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and strategic clienteling.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Professionalism & Demeanour
· Impeccable personal grooming, posture, and attire that reflect the luxury ethos of the brand.
· Grace under pressure, emotional intelligence, and the ability to read subtle social cues.
· Discretion, integrity, and respect for client privacy.
· A calm, confident, and warm presence.
· Fluent in English; proficiency in Swahili
Sales & Service Excellence
· Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or other sales endeavours (menswear, accessories, or lifestyle brands preferred).
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
· Mastery of consultative selling, focused on needs, not transactions.
· Exceptional listening skills and genuine curiosity about clients’ lifestyles and preferences
