Machine Maintenance - Amboseli
1. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems; quickly address and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
2. Conduct weekly stock takes of maintenance spares; validate the availability and condition of parts; recommend replacements or order additional supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels.
3. Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on equipment status and repairs and submit reports to the operations manager regularly.,
4. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
5. Ensure all machinery and electrical components are functioning according to industry and safety standards.
6. Recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.
7. Develop Maintenance standard operation procedures
Qualifications and Skills
1. Minimum Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical field; additional qualifications in mechanical maintenance are advantageous.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational and maintenance roles within a hospitality environment.
3. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive maintenance tasks.
4. Strong knowledge of mechanical and or electrical systems; adept at problem-solving and troubleshooting.
