Job Description/Requirements
We are an SME Engineering
firm located in Nairobi Industrial Area and looking to engage a Lathe Operator/Machinist for workshop and field engagements.
The ideal candidate should have Mechanical/Production Diploma/
Craft qualifications from a Technical Institute and post qualification hands-on experience in a busy workshop. Candidate should be well conversant with
all lathe, shaper, milling machine operations and maintenance or equipment with experience in threading, fabrication of spares, overhaul of pumps, motors, compressors, fans, gearboxes
and similar roto-dynamic equipment.
Experience in one or more of : arc/gas, mig, tig welding will be an added advantage.
Possession of a valid driving licence is ideal but not a must.
