Valley Hospital is a leading Level 4 hospital in Nakuru City offering both inpatient and outpatient services. We are seeking to recruit a Management Accountant to join our Finance Department.
This role is critical in providing accurate and timely management accounting support through financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The position supports informed decision-making, cost control, and efficient resource allocation while ensuring financial integrity and compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field.
- CPA (K) qualification.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a finance or accounting role within an organization of similar size.

- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and statutory compliance requirements.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and meet strict deadlines.
