MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Job summary
This position is responsible for working to support the Managing Director in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the organization.
Job descriptions & requirements
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, formulating and documenting all activities of the organization.
- Ensuring the planned organization structure is implemented.
- Ensuring that the organizations administrative support needs are delivered in a timely and high-quality fashion.
- Monitor and ensure all controls within the organization and provide reports to the Managing Director.
- Analyze and design Job positions and draft job descriptions.
- Document all processes, procedures & systems by using flow charts, notes, template forms etc.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience in process improvement or business analysis roles is highly desirable.
