JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will perform, coordinate and execute sales activities for special accounts, to reach sales targets goals to contribute in achieving Etihad's revenue objectives.Education & ExperienceMinimum High School certification or anything above (i.e. vocational certificate / Bachelor Degree / Master degree)Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant field (Sales Area)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with assigned current customers and prospective customers segment to generate revenues for the organizationOverview, manage and liaise with own client portfolio to ensure sales targets achievementCommunicate and meet regularly with relevant accounts to inform about new products and promotions to increase sales in order to reach the expected sales targetIdentify and implement fidelity techniques to ensure a long-lasting fruitful business relationship with major accountsIdentify and collect customers' needs to create the best offer for the client to ensure the positive sales conclusionNegotiate and manage commercial agreements with assigned accounts of trade and corporate segment to ensure sales can be closed, respecting corporate guidelines and indicationsCoordinate and monitor products and services sales on the single client to identify eventual risks for target achievements and implement corrective actionsScan the market and analyze possible clients characteristics to identify their revenue potential for Etihad
