This programme is designed for individuals who demonstrate strong discipline, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to follow structured systems. Successful candidates will assist in executing system-based trading and investment operations under supervision. Success in this role depends more on discipline and the ability to follow structured systems than prior experience. Training will be provided.
We Are Looking For Individuals Who Are:
Highly disciplined and dependable
Keen to detail and able to follow instructions precisely
Patient and focused
Comfortable working with structured systems
Possess basic computer literacy
Only a limited number of positions are available in each county.
Net Pay During Training: KES 20,000
Additional performance bonuses available when team targets are achieved.
