MARKETING ASSISTANT-, Experience in healthcare content , paid social ads (Meta/TikTok Ads Manager)

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

●        1-2 years' experience creating content for social media (video/reels a must).

●        Strong skills in short-form video shooting and editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar).

●        Comfortable hosting or supporting live sessions on Facebook and TikTok.

●        Good copywriting skills with a knack for captions that drive action.

●        Understanding of how social content translates into leads and conversions.

●        Organized, proactive, and able to work to content calendars and deadlines.

●        Plan, shoot, and edit reels and short-form videos for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

●        Host and manage Facebook and TikTok live sessions, including planning content and engaging viewers in real time.

●        Support the creation of social media campaigns designed to convert followers into clinic visits and bookings.

●        Write engaging captions and calls-to-action that drive inquiries, DMs, and appointment bookings.

●        Track content and campaign performance (views, engagement, leads, conversions) and suggest improvements.

●        Coordinate with the design/creative team on graphics, branding, and campaign assets.

●        Stay on top of social media trends, audio, and formats relevant to health and wellness content.

Support event coverage, promotions, and product/service launches with real-time content

●        Experience running paid social ads (Meta/TikTok Ads Manager), A personal following or track record of content that performs well, Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or wellness content, Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for content ideation.
