The Marketing Associate Diaspora is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies targeted at diaspora communities interested in investing in high-end properties in our key markets.

Brief on Client

Our client is an established property developer in Kenya focussing on high quality affordable homes based in Kiambu, Kenya.


  • Research Kenyan diaspora communities and understand their investment preferences, buying behavior, and communication channels.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to engage diaspora audiences interested in luxury real estate investments, leveraging digital, social, and community-based channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to tailor messaging, content, and outreach strategies to resonate with diaspora segments.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives targeting diaspora communities, optimizing campaigns based on insights to maximize ROI.
  • Build relationships with diaspora influencers, organizations, and community leaders to amplify marketing efforts and drive engagement and referrals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team on how to better serve diaspora audiences and enhance their experience as luxury real estate investors.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and messaging are culturally sensitive, relevant, and tailored to the unique needs and preferences of diaspora communities



Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
  • Knowledge of diaspora communities and investment trends in luxury real estate.
  • Experience 5+yrs in multicultural marketing or working with diverse communities, preferably in the context of luxury brands or real estate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with diaspora audiences.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies to reach and resonate with diaspora communities.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize marketing initiatives for  maximum ROI.
