Our client is an established property developer in Kenya focussing on high quality affordable homes based in Kiambu, Kenya.


Job Role:

  • Sales growth in qualified leads and conversions from the Kenyan market for high-end property sales
  • Performance of marketing campaigns in driving consideration, leads and booked sales engagement
  • Partnerships and sales agents engagement and follower growth within affluent demographics interested in luxury real estate in Kenya



Responsibilities:

  • Research Kenyan & KMRC investors and understand their investment preferences, buying behavior, and communication channels.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to affluent Kenyan audiences interested in luxury real estate investments, utilizing digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with local partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and consideration among high-net-worth individuals in Kenya.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities in the Kenyan market, optimizing campaigns based on insights to maximize ROI and drive sales.
  • Manage local marketing budgets for Kenya-specific initiatives, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives and targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives while catering to the unique needs of the Kenyan market.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in Kenya to maintain a competitive edge and seize opportunities in luxury real estate marketing.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of the Kenyan market, consumer behavior, and preferences, particularly in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a track record of executing successful campaigns and driving results in the Kenyan market preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with affluent Kenyan audiences and local stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive insights, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI in the Kenyan market.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing tailored marketing strategies that resonate with local audiences and drive sales of luxury properties. in multicultural marketing or working with diverse communities, preferably in the context of luxury brands or real estate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with diaspora audiences.
