DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Design engaging social media creatives using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Edit short-form video content for Reels and TikTok aligned with current trends.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Support and execute the social media content calendar for both business divisions.
- Actively contribute to and help drive the TikTok content strategy to improve reach and engagement.
- Monitor platform trends, hashtags, and content formats to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and grow community interaction.
Content Shoots & Campaign Support
- Plan, coordinate, and attend content shoots for apartments, show houses, and furniture collections.
- Assist with styling, shot lists, and on-site content capture for digital use.
- Support digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Influencer & Collaboration Support
- Research relevant influencers and content creators aligned with the brand.
- Assist with influencer outreach, coordination, and content tracking.
- Support partnership and collaboration management.
Digital Marketing &; SEO Support
- Assist with basic SEO tasks including keyword research and content optimization.
- Support digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving traffic, inquiries, and brand awareness.
Content Organization & Reporting
- Maintain an organized and well-labeled digital content library for both Property and Furniture businesses.
- Track content performance and provide insights on engagement and growth.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Studies,
- Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience working with lifestyle, real estate, furniture, or interior brands is an added advantage.
- Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content formats and trends.
- Ability to create visually compelling and on-brand digital content.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory and should include social media content, design work, and/or campaign examples
