Job descriptions & requirements
- Recommendation for allocation of giving budgets to different channels (including online / offline split)
- Quarterly check frameworks are implemented correctly for Pigiame brand
- Actively contribute to and own implementation of marketing strategies for Pigiame brand
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget
- Manage clients ads campaigns
- Develop portfolio of marketing partners
- Work with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including: product team, sales teams, customer relationship management team.
- Manage campaign implementation and performance against agreed campaign activity.
- Manage the master plan of activity to ensure that individual campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.
- Be responsible for the production and sourcing of campaign materials.
- Deliver campaign activity presentations and regular results presentations.
- Ensure each campaign has clear metrics as agreed with the CEO and ensuring that campaigns are achieving targets.
- Carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns.
- Design and execute PR initiatives to ensure the brand is top of mind and is always reflected in a positive light.
- Ensure that brand standards and identity guidelines are adhered to.
- Complete quarterly competitor benchmarking for promotional activity and report regularly to key stakeholders.
- To ensure accuracy of marketing materials and be responsible for formal sign off process where required
- To ensure detailed and accurate records are maintained, e.g. recording contact and financial information.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with regards to budget expenditure, displaying budget control for individual campaigns, reporting any variances promptly.
- To be responsible for personal development within the area of marketing and current trends that may support job performance.
- To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably expected.

Education and experience
- A degree or equivalent level qualification in digital marketing
- A recognised professional qualification in marketing would be a distinct
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret market trends and campaign performance metrics.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Experience in building and managing brand equity, particularly in competitive markets.
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and achieve high ROI on marketing investments.
- Experience in a project management role - in-house or with an agency (2-3yrs)
