Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Officer who is confident in generating leads and building strong client relationships. This is a commission-based role ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong sales and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through online and offline channels
• Pitch Lamlan services to potential clients
• Convert leads into paying clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with the team to refine marketing strategies
• Meet a monthly target of 3–5 new clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage

Compensation

• This is a commission-only role
