Connect Coffee is seeking to recruit a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to support its brand and marketing function. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing social media presence, supporting marketing campaigns, creating promotional content, and strengthening brand visibility and customer engagement across all branches.


Key Responsibilities



  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, and monitor and respond promptly to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
  • Track social media engagement and performance metrics to improve content effectiveness, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers, and coordinate campaign implementation across branches and digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports on engagement and results, and support initiatives aimed at increasing customer traffic and sales.
  • Design marketing materials including posters, flyers, newsletters, digital banners, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
  • Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual and video content, and maintain organized records of marketing assets.
  • Research customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities, and analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic marketing decisions, and ensure consistency in brand presentation across all digital and physical channels.
  • Monitor the use of brand elements, including logos, colors, and messaging, to maintain brand integrity and strengthen brand recognition.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities, including logistics, materials, and post-event performance evaluation.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback from social media, campaigns, and in-store experiences, and monitor customer sentiment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Share customer insights with management to support marketing strategy and customer experience enhancements.


Qualifications & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management, or brand communications.
  • Experience in the hospitality, food and beverage, or retail sector is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-platform social media accounts and marketing campaigns.


Skills & Competencies



  • Proficiency in social media management and content scheduling tools, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good eye for visual and brand consistency.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and branches simultaneously.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
