Tetra Tech is looking to add to our marketing team in Nairobi, Kenya. The position is focused on a variety of marketing activities including business development (meeting with clients), technical writing, and is experienced with graphic design.
Responsibilities include:
- Help coordinate the planning and positioning processes associated with pursuit of specific project opportunities
- Meeting with key clients and potential clients to uncover new project opportunities
- Provide proposal development support on pursuits relating to Tetra Tech’s core business areas and geographies
- Writes/prepares selected proposal sections, participation in proposal reviews and compliance checks to ensure that proposal requirements and objectives are met, partnering with graphics personnel, and production support that includes the assembly, checking, and delivery coordination of the required proposal deliverables
- Participates in proposal capture efforts in the planning, development and completion of assigned capture efforts, including development of capture plans, win themes, proposal outlines, schedules, assignments, and graphics
- Preparation of marketing presentations, and supports corporate business development related activities such as professional conferences, company meetings, and public events
- Assists in creating graphical elements for proposals, brochures, and reports.
- Assist with reports for project work
Required skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Adobe Creative Suite 5 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Solid grammar, speaking and writing skills in US and British English
