Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Masonry or related construction field
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in masonry and building works
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Knowledge of construction materials and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and precision
Physically fit and able to work long hours
High level of integrity and professionalism
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform masonry tasks including bricklaying, plastering, and stonework
Ensure accuracy and quality in construction projects
Collaborate with other construction workers to meet project deadlines
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Support supervisors in achieving daily targets
