EHS Fertility is a specialist fertility clinic offering evidence-based fertility care, including consultations, IUI, IVF, and related fertility services. We work collaboratively with gynecologists and clinicians to support patients requiring specialist fertility evaluation and treatment.
Role Purpose
We are seeking a Medical Liaison / Referral Development Officer to build and maintain professional referral relationships with gynecologists and related clinicians in Nairobi.
This is a professional medical liaison role focused on strengthening referral relationships and facilitating timely and appropriate access to fertility consultations at EHS Fertility.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular field visits to gynecologists, clinics, and hospitals
• Introduce and reinforce EHS Fertility services and referral pathways
• Build and maintain professional, long-term referral relationships
• Ensure referring clinicians understand when and how to refer patients
• Maintain accurate daily visit and referral logs
• Submit weekly activity and referral reports
• Coordinate with the front desk to confirm consultation attendance
Requirements
• Previous experience as a medical representative, medical liaison, or referral development officer
• Demonstrated experience working with gynecologists, obstetricians, or hospital clinics
• Comfortable with field-based work and regular hospital/clinic visits
• Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet clearly defined activity targets
• Disciplined in daily logging and weekly reporting
• Ethical approach to healthcare engagement (no pressure-based selling)
• Diploma or degree in a health-related field is an added advantage
Remuneration
