Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative Supervisor to lead a team of Medical Sales Representatives. The role focuses on driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and building strong professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Promote pharmaceutical products ethically and strategically to HCPs.
Conduct regular client visits and strengthen long-term relationships.
Organize and support CME sessions and product presentations.
Team Supervision & Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and monitor sales team schedules and field activities.
Coach, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance.
Track KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure execution of strategies.
Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and Head Office.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
Gather and analyze market feedback to guide business strategy.
Maintain accurate records and update customer databases.
Prepare and submit timely reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of sales targets.
Growth in product uptake and market share.
Frequency and quality of HCP engagements.
Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
Effectiveness of CMEs and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Health, Biological Sciences, or Business.
3–5 years’ proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative Supervisor (mandatory).
Strong background in pharmaceutical/medical sales.
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership capability.
Solid understanding of the Kenyan pharmaceutical market.

Ability to analyze market data and competitor activity.
