Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion & Sales
- Promote and provide scientific information about company products to healthcare professionals.
- Meet sales targets and performance objectives within assigned territory.
- Provide technical support to clients regarding product usage, dosage, and benefits.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product education.
- Gather customer feedback and report market trends to management.
- Territory & Account Management
- Plan and manage daily/weekly schedules for client visits.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and follow-ups.
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure all product promotion activities comply with:
- National pharmaceutical regulations
- Company policies
- Ethical marketing guidelines
- Avoid making unapproved therapeutic claims.
- Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
- Maintain detailed client visit logs and product sampling records.
- Assist in preparing promotional and marketing materials.
- Training & Knowledge Development
- Attend product and regulatory training sessions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new therapies.
- Share product knowledge with colleagues as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Diploma/Degree in:
- Pharmacy
- Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Nursing or Medical Laboratory Science
- Life Sciences
Experience
- 1–3 years in pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Experience in healthcare or medical sales is an advantage
