The Merchandiser will be responsible for enhancing product visibility and driving sales across multiple retail outlets through strategic visual presentation and inventory management. The successful candidate will ensure that shelves are optimally stocked and aligned with brand guidelines while providing critical market feedback on competitor activity and stock performance. This role requires a self-driven professional with a strong background in FMCG or beauty products and the ability to engage customers effectively to support sales growth.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Must hold a Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Previous experience in merchandising, specifically within the FMCG or beauty sectors, is highly preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication, and the organizational skills necessary to manage multiple locations independently.

Primary Duties

  • Store Maintenance: Maintain clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing product displays at all times.

  • Brand Execution: Implement promotional displays and merchandising strategies in strict accordance with brand standards.

  • Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels to identify and report slow-moving or out-of-stock items promptly.

  • Sales Support: Enhance sales through proactive customer engagement and high-impact product positioning.

  • Reporting: Track market trends and competitor movements while delivering regular reports on stock status and merchandising activities.
