Reception & Front Office Management
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Receive and assist visitors and guests.
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Handle correspondence, mail, and package deliveries.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
- Provide basic customer support and assistance.
Office Administration & Operations
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, typing, photocopying, printing, and data entry.
- Oversee office cleanliness and supervise cleaning staff when required.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and supplies.
- Prepare and serve refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Manage office and kitchen inventory and procurement of supplies.
- Coordinate staff travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
- Support various departments with administrative requirements.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Local Marketing Support
- Assist with administrative activities related to marketing initiatives.
- Maintain records and inventory of marketing materials.
- Support the planning and execution of office-based marketing events.
- Coordinate refreshments and hospitality during company events.
- Maintain and update the East Africa customer database.
- Provide additional support for marketing projects as required.
