Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
• Act as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and phone/email inquiries
• Maintain and organize physical and digital files (invoices, import docs, client records)
• Support the sales and import teams with documentation, scheduling, and internal follow-ups
• Track inventory movement and assist with logistics coordination (e.g., Mombasa port clearances, deliveries)
•
Oversee office supplies, petty cash records, and
basic bookkeeping
Liaise with external vendors, banks, and government agencies (NTSA, KRA, etc.)
•
Assist in preparing reports, payment schedules,
and client updates
Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office
Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and
Google Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of motor vehicle industry operations is an added
advantage
Preferred Qualities
• Trustworthy and discreet with client and company
information
• Highly dependable and proactive in follow-ups
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passionate about cars and luxury automotive
brands is a plus
