● Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Roles & Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day office operations and administration
● Maintain office records, files, and correspondence
● Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics
● Support basic accounting functions such as invoicing, petty cash, and expense tracking
● Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers
● Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external stakeholders
