Job descriptions & requirements

1.Manage reception duties: Greet clients, architects, and contractors; handle calls/emails; schedule meetings and site visits.

2.Oversee office operations: Order supplies, maintain equipment (printers, plotters for drawings), coordinate office operations

3. Document controls

4.Administrative support

5. Financial basics: petty cash, file returns, process invoices

6. Compliance: Maintain HR files, statutory deductions

Diploma in Business Admin Office Management or Secretarial Studies (Diploma/KNEC Level 6 preferred). Proficiency in MS Office QuickBooks Strong English/Swahili communication organized discreet detail-oriented.
