JOB TITLE: OFFICE ASSISTANT WITH AUTOCAD

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

INDUSTRY: REAL ESTATE

SALARY: KSHS.25,000 NET

JOB LOCATION: MOMBASA ROAD


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform general office administrative tasks including filing, data entry, record keeping, and document management
  • Manage office correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) and ensure timely responses
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
  • Assist in procurement processes, inventory tracking, and office supplies management
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
  • Prepare, edit, and update technical drawings using AutoCAD
  • Assist in drafting layouts, plans, and basic technical designs as directed
  • Support the preparation of technical documents, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure drawings and technical documentation comply with company and project standards
  • Maintain an organized archive of drawings and technical files
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders as required
  • Provide clerical and technical support to engineers, technicians, or project teams
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of office and project operations


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Office Administration,
  • Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment
  • Proven experience using AutoCAD for drafting and drawing preparation
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email applications)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
