Job summary
The Online Sales Agent is the engine behind our customer acquisition. You'll manage inbound leads, keep the pipeline moving, and turn conversations into closed sales , all while delivering the kind of experience that makes customers come back. You'll be working across WhatsApp, phone, and messaging platforms simultaneously, tracking every lead.

What You’ll do
Handle inbound inquiries and orders across calls, WhatsApp, and messages, capturing orders accurately and representing MoKo with professionalism and warmth every time.
Own your pipeline in our CRM tracking leads, following up consistently, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth order processing and a seamless customer experience end to end.
Stick to your shift schedule while actively contributing to projects that improve how we communicate and sell.
Feed insights back into our lead nurturing process what's working, what's not, and how we can do it better.
Spot gaps in our workflows and suggest practical improvements to how we sell and serve customers.
Help bring new team members up to speed through shadowing and on-the-job coaching when needed.
This Role is not for you if you
- Only have face-to-face or retail sales experience, this is purely online
- Struggle to juggle multiple conversations at once or tend to respond slowly
- Have only sold low ticket items and aren't comfortable closing at Ksh 10,000–30,000 range
- Need constant check-ins to stay on track, we value ownership, not hand-holding
- Find targets stressful rather than energising
- Have never used a CRM and aren't interested in learning
You are the right fit if you:
- Have at least 2 year of pure online sales experience; additional customer service experience is an added advantage
- Are confident selling via WhatsApp and managing multiple leads at once
- Have experience closing at the Ksh 10,000–30,000 price range
- Are energetic, ambitious, and take full ownership of your results
- Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Have worked with a CRM system and know how to use it to close deals
What we are looking for
Minimum qualification of a Diploma in any relevant field
Proficient with computers, digital tools, and CRM platforms
Available for rotational shifts, Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sundays and public holidays
Based in or able to commute reliably to our Mlolongo, Nairobi office
A stable home fibre connection for remote work days
A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys engaging with customers
At least 2 year of sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
