Part-Time English Teacher
Job summary
We are looking for an experienced, patient, and enthusiastic part-time online English teacher to help our employees improve their everyday English communication skills. Lessons should be practical, interactive, and suitable for adult learners.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver approximately two hours of live online English lessons per day.
Teach speaking, listening, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Help employees communicate in everyday workplace situations.
Prepare structured lesson plans and appropriate learning materials.
Assess learners’ English levels and adapt lessons to their needs.
Provide constructive feedback and track learners’ progress.
Maintain reliable communication regarding lesson schedules.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
A minimum of two years of proven English teaching experience.
Strong spoken and written English skills.
Experience teaching adult learners is preferred.
Online teaching experience is an advantage.
Patient, dependable, organized, and able to engage learners effectively.
A reliable computer, stable internet connection, headset, and quiet teaching environment.
Experience using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online teaching platforms.
Based in Kenya and available for a flexible part-time schedule.
