QualificationsMicrosoft Azure Administrator AssociateAZ-900AZ-305MD 100/MD101MS100/MS101ExperienceExperience in Azure Presales 3 – 5 YearsSoftware/ICT marketing experience (cloud preferred) 5 – 7 YearsResponsibilitiesAccountable, regular engagement with partners and their respective end-customersApply deep technical knowledge and customer insights to support partners create a modernization roadmap for end-customerOrchestrate activities across Microsoft and Partner resources to maximize business results and customer successAssess the customers' knowledge of M365/Azure platforms and overall cloud readiness to support customers’ cloud adoptionBuild deep audience insight, including understanding customer segmentation, their attitudes and purchase behavioursProvide feedback on customer development needs, customer blockers, and/or mitigation strategies related to the Microsoft productsIdentify and attend relevant seminars, workshops, and courses.Maintain technical skills and knowledge of the market trends and competitive insightsIdentify and articulate business value of solutions for customer organization through demonstrationsLeverage others for your success.Conduct presentations on topics relevant to field of expertise.Be the voice of the Customer; Share customer insights, best practices, and connect with internal teams to remove key blockersReport on agreed success metrics (revenue, scorecard, marketing performance) as part of regular business rhythms
