- Drive sales of genuine electric motorbike spare parts to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new dealers, retailers, workshops, mechanics, fleet operators, and institutional clients.
- Develop and implement territory sales plans to expand market coverage and increase market share.
- Conduct regular customer visits to generate leads and strengthen business relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved limits, and successfully close sales.
- Promote new products, special offers, and marketing campaigns to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spare parts and accessories.
- Provide professional after-sales support and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up on quotations, deliveries, and customer inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of electric motorbike spare parts and accessories.
- Advise customers on correct product selection, compatibility, installation, and maintenance.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer education sessions where required.
- Promote the use of genuine spare parts to improve product performance and reliability.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate inventory requirements to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery of orders.
- Assist in monitoring fast-moving and slow-moving inventory items.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and market activities.
- Gather customer insights and identify emerging market opportunities.
- Provide regular market feedback and recommendations to management.
- Identify potential partnerships and business growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Track sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures.
- Safeguard company assets, promotional materials, and assigned equipment.
- Represent the company professionally during customer visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Regional Manager.
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of proven sales experience in the mobility or automotive industry, specifically dealing with spare parts.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with motorcycle or electric vehicle spare parts is a strong advantage.
- Valid A2 motorcycle riding licence is mandatory.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify new markets and execute market expansion strategies.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of automotive or electric mobility spare parts.
