About the Role
Safi Media Marketing Agency is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is obsessed with results, numbers, and growth. You’ll be the engine that drives ROI for our clients through paid advertising, SEO, and performance analytics.
This role requires a data-driven, analytical marketer who can design and run campaigns across
Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and search engines—optimizing every click, lead, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Implement SEO strategies to drive organic visibility and traffic.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Analytics & Optimization
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and other tools.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and placements for maximum impact.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and adapt strategies quickly.
Reporting & Insights
• Provide clear, data-driven reports to the team and clients.
• Forecast performance, track ROI, and recommend growth opportunities.
Collaboration
• Work closely with the Creative Director and Client Success Manager to align campaigns with storytelling and client goals.
• Suggest content directions and creative strategies based on performance insights.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or SEO certifications will be an added advantage.

• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable ROI from paid campaigns.
• Strong experience in SEO (on-page & off-page), keyword research, and ranking strategies.
• Experience managing multi-country campaigns (Africa, North America, Europe) is a plus.

Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Reporting, TikTok Ads Manager, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent problem-solving and optimization skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Self-driven, independent, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
