Job summary
Personal Assistant provides administrative, organizational and clerical support to an individual or executive to ensure efficient daily operations. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, maintaining records and assisting with various personal and professional tasks
Job descriptions & requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience as an Accountant.
Experience in administration, executive support, or office management will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and work under pressure.
