Personal Chef

 

 

A Private residence seeks an experienced private chef to prepare daily meals for the family. The ideal candidate will be seasoned in creating a variety of cuisines from around the world.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create fresh and seasonal meals including lunches, dinners, snacks, special events and large parties as needed; responsible for cooking for family, and guests
• Procure all kitchen supplies including groceries and any other item as needed; maintain detailed inventory lists
• Upkeep the cleanliness and organization of the kitchens and refrigerator
• Serve and clean up after meals
• Create an index of family preferred recipes and maintain a dietary restriction log for each family member
• Respond to special requests, errands, and related duties as needed

 

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

• A diploma in Food and Beverages from a reputable institution
• A minimum of 3 years in the same position
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers
• Must be meticulous, highly organized, a good record keeper, and able to multitask
• Utmost discretion and confidentiality is necessary

 

 

Salary is negotiable, with one week testing period.
