JOB SUMMARY
Is responsible for performing complex diagnostic tests and analyses on clinical specimens to assist in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases. Protocols and quality standards.Qualifications/Requirements• Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology • At least one year of internship working experience• Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board • Trained and must demonstrate understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS) initiatives• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).Good communication and interpersonal skills
