We’re looking for someone who can build high-stakes presentations (pitch decks, investor decks, sponsor decks, internal strategy decks) that don’t just look good—they land a message.
You can take raw notes, voice memos, or a rough doc and turn it into a clear narrative with strong logic, clean visuals, and persuasive flow.

Responsibilities

  1. Turn rough inputs (notes, calls, documents) into a tight storyline and clear structure.
  2. Create pitch decks for different contexts: investors, sponsors, partners, internal teams.
  3. Write and refine slide copy: headlines, captions, messaging, and framing.
  4. Build slides that communicate clearly: charts, simple visuals, comparisons, timelines, models.
  5. Ask the right questions to clarify the strategy and pull out what matters.
  6. Improve existing decks: tighten flow, reduce clutter, elevate persuasion, simplify language.
  7. Create reusable templates and slide systems that keep brand consistency.
  8. Work fast with feedback and iterate without ego.


Required Skills

  1. Proven experience producing pitch decks / business presentations (portfolio required).
  2. Strong storytelling + narrative structure skills (beginning → tension → solution → proof → ask).
  3. Strong writing and editing: concise, punchy, clear.
  4. Visual clarity: layout, hierarchy, spacing, readability, consistency.
  5. Comfort with basic business concepts: value proposition, market, model, traction, positioning.
  6. Tools: PowerPoint / Google Slides / Keynote (Figma optional).


What “Great” Looks Like

  1. You can explain the deck’s story in 60 seconds.
  2. Every slide has a clear job and a clear takeaway.
  3. The deck reads well even without someone presenting it.
  4. You simplify complex ideas without dumbing them down.
  5. You know when to cut, when to reframe, and when to visualize.


Working Style

  1. You are structured, calm, and don’t need heavy supervision.
  2. You can collaborate with founders and extract clarity from messy thinking.
  3. You care about impact more than decoration.
  4. You can ship quickly, then refine.
